The 7 Habits of NPC’s Highly Effective People was the theme of this educational/motivational meeting at The Saddlebrook Resort, Tampa, Fla. A financial game was custom designed around their business and used on-site for teamwork fun. Golf, great food, entertainment, and speakers from The Steven Covey Institute were all part of this 3 day event.

The CEO was able to show appreciation for the best year the company ever had. The managers benefited through open communication with the CEO in a relaxed setting, and were re-energized.
