STRATEGIC EVENTS COMMUNICATIONS- Employee Picnic

“Saluting The Sports Of Nation's Bank Card Services” was the theme we developed as part of their STRATEGIC EVENTS COMMUNICATION plan. This annual event-marketing plan identifies a method of consistently reiterating the corporate message to each of their target audiences, usually an event, produced quarterly. This was their third quarter event, an employee picnic, held in August. Great picnic foods, a grand array of old fashioned games, relay races and sporting events were enjoyed by 1200 attendees. Red white and blue décor supported an American sports theme.

This third quarter event displayed appreciation to the staff and their families. The annual theme was used on invitations, posters, signage and gifts, giving consistency to the determined and important message. This annual program, SEC, also included a management retreat to kickoff off the year and present the strategic plan. Employee rallies, community contribution events, a series of custom-designed comic books about humorous situations in the workplace, an awards banquet and the finale, a wonderful Christmas event were all planned and produced to send the determined message of appreciation to the employees.
